The primary focus of this position is to obtain authorization for individuals in mental health and substance abuse treatment. The ideal advocate is responsible for contacting insurance care managers and will relentlessly advocate for clients and families to obtain optimal authorization. We seek to authorize detoxification, residential, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and general outpatient services. Advocates represent various facilities and will be responsible for accurate documentation and professional representation. This job also requires data entry, systems management, problem solving skills, teamwork, and enthusiasm.

  • Bachelor, Master, or related degree of achievement from a credible educational institution.
